BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANT AND ITS PRESENCE

Flor de Arena grows in the wild in the Peruvian Andes. It is a small plant of little flowers called the sandy flower. Its young sprigs, and oval leaves are covered with delicate down. When dried it has aromatic smell.

It contains substance of many properties: anti-inflammatory, antivirus, antioxidant, and purifying. The brew from Flor de Arena purify the neuroendocrinologic system. Thanks to its sedative and anti-stress qualities it has beneficial influence on the nervous system. It regulates the neurovegetative system with hyper and sweaty people. It helps with sleep disorders, insomnia, neurosis, it sooth depression. It purifies the blood of uric acid which is the result of excessive consumption of animal protein. It helps with fighting gout.
It eliminates adrenaline and lactic acid which is stored in body as a result of stress. 
Flor de Arena is also recommended for the proper functioning of digestive system, indigestion, obesity, hyperacidity of stomach. It works diuretically and anti-inflammatory. It is often used during the inflammation of kidneys, urinary ducts, prostate and mucosa.


USE AND MOST COMMON DOSAGE
One flat teaspoon of herbs pour over with a glass of boiling water and put aside for 10-15 minutes. Drain, Drink 2-3 times a day (always brew new portion of herbs).
