BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANT AND ITS PRESENCE

Pasuchaca grows in the wild in the north Andes, at the height of 3000-3500 meters above the sea level. It is a perennial plant, and grows up to 35 cm high. The light-purple flowers grow in bunches. Its stems are brown, hard, and a little bit crooked. It mostly grows in the provinces of Cajamarca, Piura, and Ayabaca.

Pasuchaca gained popularity mainly thanks to the substances that help to maintain the proper level of glucose in blood. Pasuchaca also supports the activity of pancreas, and at the same time protects its cells. That is why it is recommended in cases of chronic illnesses and inflammations of pancreas.
It is advisable for treating diabetes, but does not substitute the insulin in case of its lack. It also has a strong antioxidant, and anti-inflammation properties. It cleanses blood, and has compressing qualities, that is why it is used for treating lasting diarrhea. Thanks to the anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic, and antifungal properties it helps with the gynecological infections. It is also used for washing mouth in case of ulcers.


USE AND MOST COMMON DOSAGE

3-5 g of pour over with 700ml of cold water and cook  for 5-10 minutes. Drink three times a day, every 8 hours.
